Affordable Housing
Mayfair has a national reputation as one of the country’s leading developers and redevelopers of top quality affordable and workforce housing.
We are experts at bond and tax credit financing and among the nation’s top users of the LIHTC program to structure affordable and workforce housing communities through tax credit equity and tax exempt municipal bond debt. Since 1992, the ownership has built or redeveloped over 73 properties with an affordable housing component.
We are experienced in partnering with local municipalities and non-profit organizations to provide quality affordable housing and beneficial resident services, through all of our partnerships.
